What is the application process? Applicants will need to apply here for a seat in their group. After the application is reviewed, the sales leader applicant will be interviewed by the facilitator to confirm the right fit for the group, or not. The success of the group will be the integrity, creativity and exchanging on ideas of each member. The creation of the highest standard is imperative to success.

Once an applicant has been accepted they will be given a packet of information with all of the details included. The group meets for a monthly half-day meeting and will have a one-on-one coaching session monthly as well with the SLA facilitator.

Attendance is a must and if more then 2 meetings in one year is missed, there may be need for replacement of that seat.
