Congratulations on taking the first step to truly understand what is most important in your sales organization and what your strengths and weaknesses are.

There are two parts to this assessment; the first is the importance of some of the areas that contribute to sales success. This may seem obvious but it isn’t. Each organization has their own very specific needs in these categories. That is why we cannot assume that every organization has similarities assumptive in these particular areas.

The second is the effectiveness in these areas presently. Sometimes we are overly critical or overly optimistic in any one area. Please be very careful to be as open-minded and realistic with each question.

We will then analyze the gaps in these areas and how they may be affecting you and your sales organization.

Understanding the difference between what you find important as an organization and how effective you are at these skills will show you what is the highest priority to work on.
