Hiring consists of attracting and finding good sales people to the sales organization consistently, not just when the need arises. Successful recruiting should be on an on-going basis, always looking for someone better that your best salesperson. Proper hiring has a true process which includes continual on-going searching and recruiting. If not, we get desperate and fill a spot as opposed to find the best possible candidate for success.


  • Identify what an ideal candidate for YOUR organization looks like
  • Searching properly for the candidates
  • Pre-qualifying the candidate as not to waste time with the wrong ones
  • Assessing the candidate with the proper tools to eliminate pure subjectivity in hiring
