4. Accountability and Responsibility
Accountability is creating clear expectation and holding salespeople to that standard. Being held accountable for results as well as creating urgency, focus, and a positive pressure to perform all comes with being accountable. Success is truly measured in three distinct areas; Attitude, Activities, and Approach. Taking personal responsibility for these actions is what will ultimately create success.
